Cromsteel Italia Joins the Bianco Group

S.I.C.A.M. S.p.A., a market leader in the supply of tubes and bars for mechanical and hydraulic applications, is proud to announce that Cromsteel Italia S.r.l. has joined the Bianco Group.

Cromsteel Italia, a leading company specialized in the mechanical processing and customization of rods and tubes for hydraulics, as well as precision shafts for linear motion, will further enhance
the Group’s offering by bringing new expertise and dedicated solutions.

This acquisition is part of Sicam’s growth strategy, which has already been strengthened by the creation of Sicam Centro (specialized in the hydraulic sector) and the acquisitions of Sidergamma (manufacturer of chromed bars) and Tubifal (manufacturer of honed and skived & roller-burnished tubes).

With Cromsteel joining the Group, Bianco further reinforces its ability to offer an increasingly wide and specialized range of products, effectively meeting the needs of a constantly evolving market, while
also consolidating customer trust both in Italy and abroad.

Inauguration of the new production unit

Cromsteel has celebrated the inauguration of its new production unit dedicated to machining tasks. It is located in a brand new facility, built next to our main premises.

This expansion will allow the company to work in a more structured and focussed way, optimising the workflow of materials and improving productivity.

The “open door” event was held during a wonderful early summer evening with the company of Cromsteel’s historical suppliers and many loyal customers, who participated in an informal gathering enlivened by live music and specialties of the renowned Tuscan cuisine.
